Day 2 DDP Yoga- a little better

I got most of the way through “Energy” tonight- only had 5 minutes left. Last time, on day 1, I was only able to do half of it.

PROGRESS!

I was sweating SO much! How can such a short workout kick ass like this?

(answer: I am out of shape and the isometrics are KILLER)

Can’t wait for Friday’s workout!
