OK, THIS ROCKED, BUT I HAD NO TIME TO POST BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAYS. TEN LBS GONE!!!

Morning Weight: 168.8!! YES!!!

40 min cardio

11:45 am- 1st fueling: CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIE CRISP BAR AND COFFEE

3 pm– 2nd fueling: CHILI CRANBERRY BAR THING
6 pm- 3rd fueling: JALAPENO CHEDDAR POPPERS
8:00 pm- 4th fueling:   WILD STRAWBERRY SHAKE

10:15 pm- Lean and Green meal: Salad with chicken and beef and avocado

12:15 am- 5th fueling: CARAMEL CRISP BAR
