I WAS BRAVE ENOUGH TO WEIGH IN AND I GAINED ABOUT ONE AND A HALF POUNDS!!! (Which will be gone by tomorrow). THIS IS THE EASIEST DIET **EVER**!!
I am so pleased with this diet. I don’t feel sick, I am never hungry. My macros are balanced. I AM NOT STARVING.

7 pm- 4th fueling: YOGURT BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE
9:15 pm- Lean and Green meal: 3 chicken sausages, sauerkraut, veggies
11:15 am- 5th fueling: VANILLA SHAKE
