Day 17-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- I SURVIVED THE HOLIDAYS W/NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN WEIGHT!!

I WAS BRAVE ENOUGH TO WEIGH IN AND I GAINED ABOUT ONE AND A HALF POUNDS!!! (Which will be gone by tomorrow). THIS IS THE EASIEST DIET **EVER**!!

Easiest 10 lbs I’ve ever lost in my life… can’t wait for the next 10!

I am so pleased with this diet. I don’t feel sick, I am never hungry. My macros are balanced. I AM NOT STARVING.

Day 17-

Resting Heart Rate: 68 (going back down… yes!)
Morning Weight: 170
12,162 steps
56 min cardio

108 oz of water

11:00 pm- 1st fueling: CARAMEL DELIGHT CRISP BAR AND COFFEE

2:00 pm– 2nd fueling:  CREAM CHEESE CINNAMON waffle thing
5 pm- 3rd fueling: BLACK TRUFFLE CREAMY BUTTERMILK MAC N CHEESE
7 pm- 4th fueling: YOGURT BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE

9:15 pm- Lean and Green meal:  3 chicken sausages, sauerkraut, veggies

11:15 am- 5th fueling: VANILLA SHAKE
