Day 20-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary-12 lbs GONE!

IN SHOCK. I am in shock. I NEVER lost this much without starving and now I EAT ALL DAY LONG!!!!! I have zero cravings. ANYONE can do this and lose weight!!!!

My double chin is GONE- NO MAKEUP IN THIS!

RESTING HEART RATE:Β 68 (went up a bit, but still in 60s, so I’m good with that!)

NOON- 1st fueling:Β CINNAMON SWIRL CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
2 pm- 2nd fueling:Β JALAPENO CHEDDAR POPPERS
5:45 pm- 3rd fueling:Β CREAMY VANILLA SHAKE
7:45 pm- 4th fueling:Β PENNE RIGATE w pinch of parmesan
9:45 pm-Β Lean and Green meal:Β Garlic rainbow cauliflower and paleo chicken sausages
11:45 pm-5th fueling:Β YOGURT BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE
OVER 100 OZ OF WATER
