Day 49-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- ATTACKED MY A SHEPHERD’S PIE- day 2

Had a couple of days when I did not cook my lean and green meals and it resulted in a slight weight gain, but I worked through that! Keep an eye on your intake and hidden calories, folks!

I have my eyes on the prize, so I am very dedicated to my journey. My 53rd birthday is coming up and I can already see my mini-goal happening. This is A LIFETIME change for me, no more stop and starts. Staying alive and healthy outweighs all of it.

Burn is better, been putting L’BRI Aloe Jelly on it and the pain has subsided. Since I know how my body gets hyperpigmented and scars, will be using L’BRI Fade Away on it as soon as it stops hurting, to get the color back to normal.

Day 45-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- January Blues

It’s brutally cold here now and I have been rather lazy with blog. My skincare and weightloss program are keeping me alive at this point. I have the January Blues.

WEIGHT: 160.0 (I am ok with this, because the 2 previous days were emotionally difficult and I forced myself to eat all my meals yesterday)

Day 44-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- DISTRACTING MYSELF AND NEUROPLASTICITY

I am still at 159.6, but I know it is because of sadness. I forced myself to eat today. If I gain some weight tomorrow, I won’t be shocked. Losing weight too fast isn’t good, either.

I am also forcing myself to do this- I am generally pretty happy go lucky, but this death hit all of us like a ton of bricks. I owe it to myself, my family, and my sales team of friends to pull myself out of this now.

I’ve given myself grace, even though I’ve been running on fumes since Covid, part 3. It’s time to get back to work on my neuroplasticity and mindset.

I also took a reels class this week (some of it, still working on it) and made silly reel vids.

If there is anything I can rely upon, it’s my skincare regimen by L’Bri and this eating program.

I hit a milestone, but it was because of depression and sadness over a death yesterday. I do not recommend not having an appetite for healthy weightloss. I am trying to dig myself out of this.

Day 42-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- Sudden Deaths

14 yrs ago today, my FB memories say that I was on day 10 of a Master Cleanse.

I probably lost 15 lbs maybe, drinking lemonade swill and suffering- AND GAINED IT ALL BACK AFTER- over and over again.

Now I am on day 42 of a decent eating program that doesn’t starve me and I am down about 20 lbs, without the hell of drinking cayenne lemonade all day. I wish I had this program and L’BRI 14 yrs ago!!!

I update this blog throughout the day, as it unfolds. Tonight I was hit by some horrific news that a family friend died unexpectedly and tragically. I had to call my son and I have no desire to eat or move now.

I am gutwrenchingly sickened and sad over his death. Though we hadn’t seen him in a number of years, he will be missed.

I slept for 1.5-2 hours, prayed, cried. It helped. My friends also prayed for us and I am not the most religious person, but it was truly appreciated.

I am usually an emotional eater- couldn’t eat. I had to sleep. Sorry this blog is so short, but today was horrible.

Day 42-

I spent the day working and getting into the rhythm of this diet program. We had a snow storm hit, so no reason to venture into the tundra.
