Day 37-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- Meh

Combatting the dreaded C-word and a little less tachycardia today. Worked like a maniac. Sat of sofa. Did some rebounding.

I am meh.

Day 37-

WEIGHT: 162.4 up .8 of a pound, but not a huge deal

RESTING HEART RATE: 79- better, but still about 15 points above my norm
11,547 steps
45 min cardio

10:00 am- 1st fueling: CREAMY DOUBLE PEANUT CRISP BAR and coffee
2:00 pm- 2nd fueling: HONEY MUSTARD & ONION STICKS (OMG WAS LATE)
4:00 pm- 3rd fueling: CARAMEL MACHIATTO SHAKE
6:00 pm- 4th fueling: PROTEIN BAR of some sort
8:00 pm- Lean and Green meal: CHICKEN SAUSAGES AND RAINBOW CAULIFLOWER
10:00 pm- 5th fueling:  VANILLA SHAKE

140 oz of water
