Day 38-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- The Heart Rate Slows…

Heart rate felt better- took a day off cardio, but got my steps. Weight is unchanged.

Day 38-

WEIGHT: 162.4 again

RESTING HEART RATE: 78!! woohoo!!!
12,200 steps
17 min cardio
(ugh, I know- busy day and I needed so much more)

12:00 am- 1st fueling: CREAMY DOUBLE PEANUT CRISP BAR and coffee
2:00 pm- 2nd fueling: protein bar thing
5:00 pm- 3rd fueling: PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE
7:15 pm- 4th fueling: CREAMY DOUBLE PEANUT CRISP BAR
9:30 pm- Lean and Green meal: chicken and salad w pickles and vinaigrette
11:30 pm- 5th fueling:  VANILLA SHAKE

92 oz of water
