Day 45-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- January Blues

It’s brutally cold here now and I have been rather lazy with blog. My skincare and weightloss program are keeping me alive at this point. I have the January Blues.

Day 45-

WEIGHT: 160.0 (I am ok with this, because the 2 previous days were emotionally difficult and I forced myself to eat all my meals yesterday)

48 min cardio

10: 45 am- 1st fueling:  ZESTY LEMON CRISP BAR and coffee
1:45 pm- 2nd fueling: SMOKY BBQ CRUNCHERS
3:45 pm- 3rd fueling: CHOCOLATE PUDDING
6:10 pm- 4th fueling:  PROTEIN BAR
9 pm- Lean and Green meal: cod, salad
11 pm- 5th fueling: PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE
