Had a couple of days when I did not cook my lean and green meals and it resulted in a slight weight gain, but I worked through that! Keep an eye on your intake and hidden calories, folks!
I have my eyes on the prize, so I am very dedicated to my journey. My 53rd birthday is coming up and I can already see my mini-goal happening. This is A LIFETIME change for me, no more stop and starts. Staying alive and healthy outweighs all of it.
Burn is better, been putting L’BRI Aloe Jelly on it and the pain has subsided. Since I know how my body gets hyperpigmented and scars, will be using L’BRI Fade Away on it as soon as it stops hurting, to get the color back to normal.
