3 pm- 2nd fueling: peanut butter shake
5:19 pm- 3rd fueling:  CHOCOLATE PUDDING
7 pm- 4th fueling:  missed it
9 pm- Lean and Green meal: shrimp scampi, broccoli
11 pm- 5th fueling:
