Day 63-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- Lost and Found the Cat

Woke up to my undies being too big. Kiddo asked how this was even possible, as she constantly grows OUT of hers. My stomach (laying down) was flat as a board. I have been really lazy about exercise this week. Had a number of people and one relative die in the last 1 month-1 week and it’s taken it’s toll finally.

Cat was lost for 6 hours, found him trapped in basement. Ugh.

Workouts have been nil.
