WEIGHT: 159 (ONLY .2 difference, but still trending down)

RESTING HEART RATE: 74 (STILL GOING DOWN!!)

44 min cardio

11 am- 1st FUELING- protein bar and coffee

2 pm-2nd FUELING- PUDDING

4:30 pm-3rd FUELING- SMOKY BBQ CRUNCHERS

6:43 pm-LEAN AND GREEN- Poor man’s lobster (torsk), shrimp, and asparagus

9:00 pm-4th FUELING- chocolate shake
