WEIGHT: 159 – I notice that my weight loss stalls when I don’t cook my meals

12:45 pm- 2nd fueling: HONEY MUSTARD AND ONION STICKS
3:00 pm- 3rd fueling: CHOCOLATE PUDDING
5:50 pm- 4th fueling:  PROTEIN BAR
10 pm- Lean and Green meal: chicken fajitas
ate too late
