Day 56-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- more inches, less weight on scale lost

I am losing more slowly now, but the inches lost are AMAZING!!!

Day 56-

WEIGHT: 158.8

RESTING HEART RATE: 73 YESSSSS

10:15 am- 1st fueling:  DRIZZLED FUDGE CRISP bar and coffee
12:18 pm- 2nd fueling: COOKIE DOUGH (the choco-chip cookie mix, uncooked)- rest of coffee
3 pm- 3rd fueling:  YOGURT BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE
6 pm- 4th fueling:  CHOCOLATE PUDDING
8 pm- Lean and Green meal: rainbow cauliflower and chicken
11 pm- 5th fueling: protein bar

100 oz of water
