9:30 am- 1st fueling:  DRIZZLED FUDGE CRISP bar and coffee
11:30 am- 2nd fueling: CREAMY DOUBLE PEANUT BUTTER CRISP BAR

2:15 pm- 3rd fueling:  CHOCOLATE PUDDING
6:15 pm: Lean and Green meal: Spaghetti Squash with Bolognese Sauce
8 pm- 4th fueling:CHOCOLATE MINT CRISP BAR
11 pm- 5th fueling: POTATO GARLIC WAFFLE CAKES
