WEIGHT: 158.8 (I will still take it, we really had a huge time at the Brazilian place)

RESTING HEART RATE: 72 <– still recovering from my cheat day

11:45 am- 1st fueling:  CREAMY DOUBLE PEANUT BUTTER CRIPS BAR and coffee
2:30 pm- 2nd fueling: CHOCOLATE MINT CRISP BAR
4:45 pm- 3rd fueling:  protein bar
7:15 pm- LEAN AND GREEN:  SAMMICHES and salad
10 pm- 4th fueling: BROWNIE WAFFLE W LAUGHING COW CHEESE
