Day 65-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- Putting out fires

So many people I know are so depressed right now. It’s been such a sad week. So many new deaths. It wears on my soul. My phones have been ringing off the hook, I feel like I am putting out fires left and right.

Day 65-

WEIGHT: 158

RESTING HEART RATE: 71

min cardio

10:45 am- 1st fueling:  CREAMY DOUBLE PEANUT BUTTER bar and coffee
1:10 pm- 2nd fueling: BROWNIE WAFFLED WITH LAUGHING COW
3:20 pm- 3rd fueling:  CHOCOLATE PUDDING
5:30 pm- 4th fueling:   CHOCOLATE PUDDING *AGAIN*
7:40 pm- Lean and Green meal: BAJA SHRIMP AND RAINBOW CAULIFLOWER
9:40 pm- 5th fueling:  protein bar

100 oz of water
