5:15 pm- 4th fueling:   HONEY MUSTARD AND ONION STICKS
7 pm- Lean and Green meal: COD, LOBSTER, RAINBOW CAULIFLOWER BDAY DINNER!!
9:40 pm- 5th fueling:  protein bar
