Day 81-Over 50 and Weight Loss Diary- Need to start doing more cardio again and de-stressing

WEIGHT: 157.8 (haven’t been following plan well and stressinggg)

 7k steps
0 min cardio

7:15 am- 1st fueling:  lemon bar and coffee
11 am- 2nd fueling: peanut bar
1:15 pm- 3rd fueling:  cheese brownie
3:30 pm- 4th fueling:  blueberry bar
5:30 pm- Lean and Green meal: restaurant
8 pm- 5th fueling: strawberry bar

100 oz of water
