Breaking fast and keto and wasp stings- and going back to IF tomorrow

update on wasp sting HERE

So, broke my fast at day 6 and glad I did. I will also be doing a shorter fast tomorrow (1-3 days, depending on how I feel). Maybe I will just do an intermittent 24 hr fast. I am going to wing it.

Unfortunately, was stung on finger by a paper wasp this morning and had a weird reaction.

There should be no way in hell I have 1hr 37 min of cardio, but the fucking wasp sting- even with the Benedryl- elevated my heart rate insanely today. No wonder I am exhausted. My blood pressure is still lower than normal, hours after it happened.

I have less than 5k steps for the day. I slept a lot. I ate a ton today- all keto.

Asparagus, eggs, keto enchiladas. I made keto charsiu bbq pork in the instant pot with pork belly. IDK how it turned out, still cooking as I type.

I also experienced stomach issues, which are not a shocker.

Life goes on- and all in all, quite pleased with how things have progressed- except for the damned wasp issue.
